Do I need to register to be able to purchase from Zeus.ph?

No. Zeus.ph has a guest check-out feature which allows a customer to buy from the site without requiring customer to sign-up.

You may type in the name, brand, price or type of product you are looking for at the Search tab found in the upper-right hand corner of the page. If you are not familiar with the details of the product you are looking for, the products are organized by Gender, Sports and Brands, to make navigation easier.

How do I buy a product?

You don’t need an account to purchase a product. Access the different categories in our page or type the keyword/s for the product you are looking for at the Search bar. In the page of a particular product, you may choose among the different colors and sizes available for that product. Once done selecting your purchase, please proceed to your cart for review, then press the go to checkout button. Upon checkout, fill up the required fields and select a payment method.

An out-of-stock tag will immediately appear if the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock. If the item you selected after ordering becomes out of stock, the item has already been reserved for you.

How do I receive my Order Voucher/Invoice for the purchased product?

When should I expect to receive my package?

Orders are sealed and delivered within 2-4 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 4-8 business days for areas outside Metro Manila. Delivery of your items will be coursed through our partner courier Air21 and Fastrack.ph.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided an order number via e-mail so you may check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information in the Order History tab within the My Account Category if you have an account.

Is there a minimum purchase transaction for Over-the-Counter transactions?

There is no minimum purchase transaction for all 7-Eleven Branches and all BPI, BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, EastWest bank, RobinsonsBank,Sterling Bank of Asia, Chinabank, PNB, Unionbank, UCPB,Maybank and Landbank branches nationwide. There is a minimum purchase transaction of Php200 for LBC and M. Lhuillier branches and Php250 for SM Business Centers.

How will I know if the product is authentic?

Zeus.ph operates in close partnership with Gruppo Innovare, Regain Philippines and trusted Asics suppliers. All are authorized retailers for various brands like Nike, Asics, Onitsuka Tiger, etc. Your product will also come with authentic tags and corresponding proofs of authenticity to assure you of its quality.

Can I change my e-mail address in my account?

Yes. You may change your e-mail address. Zeus.ph will send a confirmation to your new e-mail address when you have updated it from your account.

How do I know if I there’s a new product on Zeus.ph?

All new items will be tagged as new upon going live at Zeus.ph.

Can I make changes to an open order?

What are your shipping restrictions?

Zeus.ph operates only in the Philippines. Orders made outside of the country may be processed provided that the indicated delivery address is within the Philippines.

Can I send my item as a gift?

Yes. Zeus.ph has a gift provision. Upon check-out, customer may input a different recipient for the item he/she will purchase except for Cash on Delivery Transactions. The full Order Invoice will be sent to the customer who paid for the item but a Gift Invoice will be sent to the recipient of the item. The recipient may use the Gift Invoice if he/she wants to return/exchange the item.
